The painter ChiaoHan Chueh named this exhibition "The Warning Light," which refers to a sense of urgency and danger. This feeling is usually derived from the painter's intuition and is expressed through lines and scenes, creating a spiritual time and space for viewers to enter. Regardless of whether it is "Chasing Carrots", "Saliva ", "Worship of mushrooms", "Naked Sushi", "My Enemy Died Before Me" or "Giving Birth on the Basketball Court", ChiaoHan Chueh's female characters all possess a wild resistance.

The Warning Light

ChiaoHan Chueh, currently studying in Germany, will hold a solo exhibition titled "The Warning Lights" at Nunu Fine Art in July this year. Figurative painting is the starting point of her creation. In this new series, she uses nude tones for her works, almost all of which depict women. However, from the arrangement of the characters' bodies and backgrounds in the paintings, one can read a charge of emotion and desire. The artist herself does not intend to refer to any specific object but rather to trace back to the inner experiences she has encountered throughout her life.
